  • Clean and adjust burner assembly
  • Inspect ignition assembly
  • Clean heat exchanger / elements
  • Inspect flue draft
  • Test gas pressure

Summer Check

  • Measure refrigerant pressures
  • Test safety controls
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Measure volts/amps
  • Adjust thermostat calibration
  • Clean condenser coil
  • Clear condensate drains

Completed at both checks

  • Inspect duct–work
  • Test start capabilities
  • Clean or replace customer provided filters
  • Inspect blower components
  • Adjust blower speed if necessary
  • Evaluate system efficiency
  • Measure temp differential
